Texas Steak Cook-Off
Our most popular team building activity is our Texas Steak Cook-Off. This is a smaller version of the same steak cook-off held at the world championships.
Following a quick mini-class on grilling steaks, we form small cook teams. We provide the steaks, grills, utensils, and a variety of seasonings the cook teams may use. The teams work together to create their entry and turn it in for judging which will determine the Grand Champion.
Once the judging is completed, we close your event with an awards ceremony and informal opportunity to take team and group photos. The winning teams are presented with framed certificates. If you prefer, the awards presented may be upgraded to laser-etched cutting boards.
